- I take about 10 reduced-fat Triscuits (actually, the Target brand)
- Put a little blob of salsa on each one (I use ChiChi's)
- Sprinkle reduced fat Mexican blend cheese (again, Target brand)
- Microwave for 45 seconds.
- DELISH!

Healthy Snack ... I think.
