Healthy Snack ... I think.

Here's something I've been snacking on lately and LOVE IT.
  • I take about 10 reduced-fat Triscuits (actually, the Target brand)
  • Put a little blob of salsa on each one (I use ChiChi's)
  • Sprinkle reduced fat Mexican blend cheese (again, Target brand)
  • Microwave for 45 seconds.
  • DELISH!
Hope that's healthy. If not, well, that explains why I haven't lost weight.
